Who we are

AgentMode is published by Alix Sàrl, a Swiss company, the data controller. Contact: privacy@agentmode.ch.

What we process

Your account email; access tokens of the services you connect (Google, Microsoft 365); the log of your agents' actions (tool, time, decision and a short summary such as recipient and subject); your access rules. The content of your emails, files or calendars is only read when an agent you approved requests it, and it is passed to that agent without being stored by AgentMode.

Google user data

AgentMode uses Google APIs (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Tasks) only to provide the features you ask for: letting through, holding for approval or blocking your agents' requests. Google data is transferred only to the agent you approved. No human reads your data, except with your explicit consent, for security, or where the law requires it. Your data is never used to train AI, never sold and never used for advertising.

Google Limited Use commitment:
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Google and Microsoft tokens are encrypted at rest (Fernet: AES-128 + HMAC-SHA256); the key stays on the server only. Agent tokens are stored only as a hash (SHA-256). Everything goes over HTTPS. The service is hosted in Europe.

Retention and deletion

When you disconnect a Google account we revoke access at Google and delete the token immediately. You can export your log (CSV) and ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or take your data, or object to processing. Write to privacy@agentmode.ch.

Processors

Hosting on a server in Europe. AgentMode emails are sent by our own mail server. The services you connect (Google, Microsoft, your AI agent) apply their own terms.
