What is a mode?

A mode is a set of rules, for example “Accounting” or “Sales”. For each mailbox or folder, you pick one of three settings: Allowed (the agent can use it), Ask me (it must ask you first) or Blocked (it can’t touch it). All agents in the same mode follow the same rules.

With “Ask me”, your phone shows a request and you pick one of four buttons:
